Used in weddings for extended video shoots/gimbal work. Having it while my camera is attached to my Crane2 or Weebill S is great because I don't need to take my camera off to replace the battery, then re-balance my gimbal. With my 10,000 mAh battery pack, the thing lasts for a solid 6-8 hours of constant video recording.

The thether works great plugs right in to my Pegisus power box 8v power supply for long night of imaging on my Canon T6s connected to my telescope. The camera does tell me it is not a good idea because it does not have the Canon logo but it forks fine.

You can't beat never having to worry about changing batteries or running out of them mid-shoot. Plugging into house current when near an outlet, or using a power brick when no outlet is available makes this relay coupler invaluable. I love it.

This is a great insert combined with the tether tools coupler/mini battery. Lightweight too.

I use this with a Panasonic Lumix GX85. The downside is that the GX85 battery cover must stay open to use this, but you can close it a bit just not all the way. I still was able to sit the camera on my tripod with this in and the cover open as needed. It works fine, coupled with the Tether Tools Case Relay Camera Power System SKU: TTCRUPS110 MFR: CRUPS110 to provide pretty much unlimited power from a external battery pack that has a USB out. I recorded a 2 hour video using this system without powering down.
