As far as I know, all polarizers have rotating ring; that's what makes them work.MIKE M : Yes and yesROBERT A : This is a budget filter so it is not a slim design but vignette should be minimal at 10mm especially if stoped down. All polarizers rotate. I do not know what metal the ring is made of but at this price point it is not brass.ROBERT B : This filter fits a nikon 10-24mm lens. I have one. There isn't any vignetting from the filter ring that I've noticed even at 10 mm. I don't know the type of metal. This is a really cheap filter though and it seems to scratch easily. Next filter I get I will probably spend more.

Mediocre

This is a lens filter that corrects some color ( makes blue bluer etc).Also it removes glares from water/ mirrors. However, this product is fairly cheap and the effects work to the extent of what you paid for. Product for those who are curious on how circular polarizers affect pictures as well as for those who do not want to spend more money on more expensive( better) polarizers.

Did the job!

I was photographing an October wedding in the Gulf of Texas. Hazy grey skies and bright sun. The filter was able to balance the harsh conditions. I was pleased with the outcome.
