We shoot a lot of weddings and outdoor portraits each year. Aside from our camera body, the rapid box gets the most use and abuse. There are times during each event when controlling the spill is necessary to get the shot how it was imagined. The grid is the best way to control light spill on this medium portable soft box. Yes, Westcott makes you pay good money for these however they are invaluable.

Great modifier to control light spill on your background, made very well and fits my 26 octa perfectly. The only downside about this product is the price, it's almost as much as the softbox it's meant to fit.

This is a great attachment to my octa because I use a virtual background and this help avoid glare.
