Broken stand i dont recommend it at this time. I hope you can help remedy the issues with this stand. Please help? ??

The stand arrived with one of the wheels broken. It's on the very bottom of the stand. The plate that connects to the TV holes do not allign with stand plate is too small. Very disappointing as I waited several months to receive this stand. At this point I wouldn't recommend this stand to anyone. Any suggestions?

The one I got is not as good as it should be. 3 stars.

I bought my first one of these about 2 years ago and it worked great. Well, it got stolen, so I bought this one. This one is hard to tighten the music page holder tight enough to support my ipod which has my lyrics and chords on it. I have to be so careful when putting my ipod on it so the holder does not go down so it just drops my ipod to the floor which breaks my ipod. The first one, never a problem. This one, a problem. It works ok, as long as I am extra careful when placing my ipod, it will work. So 3 stars. I blame it on a manufacturing problem.
