Excellent alternative to a collection of quality eyepieces.  Had previously purchased a full set of eyepieces from another vendor and subsequently returned those in favor of this zoom.  So happy with the quality, field of view, and ease of use.  Makes it a joy to star hop at low magnification on a Dobsonian then quickly zoom in without having to re-focus.  Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend it!
