The Baader Planetarium T-2 Maxbright Mirror Diagonal also boasts extreme coating hardness, making it highly durable. The robust coatings, harder than the glass itself, ensure longevity and maintain reflectivity throughout their lifespan. They can be cleaned with regular care without the risk of scratches, ensuring the mirror maintains its high performance over time.The T-2 System Design of this mirror diagonal allows it to be customized to suit your specific needs. Its input and output T-2 threads seamlessly integrate with the comprehensive range of Baader Planetarium Astro T-2 System components. This versatile design allows it to be configured for installation in 2" or 1.25" focusers, compatible with all 1.25" eyepieces and many 2" eyepieces.The T-2 Maxbright Mirror Diagonal is also the ideal diagonal for use with the Baader/Zeiss Giant Binoviewer, replacing the standard prism diagonal. Like all Baader Planetarium products, this mirror diagonal exhibits superior mechanical quality and finish. The all-machined aluminum housing supports the mirror at the correct location and at a precise 45-degree angle, maintaining the collimation and performance of your optical system.
