About Baader Planetarium Clicklock Extension

The line-up of our successful 2" Clicklock eyepiece clamps has been expanded. They replace the basic locking mechanisms of many telescopes. You simply twist it for about 20 Degree , and even heavy accessories are held tightly in place. The locking mechanism works like a chuck and firmly locks even heaviest accessories without scratching them. The ClickLock will work in the worst of cold and allow exchanging accessories single handed - even with thick gloves on!

Baader Planetarium Clicklock Extension Features

  • Baader 2 "ClickLock SC extension - extending the 2" focuser of all devices to 37mm. (useful with DSLR camera when it does not come into focus)
  • Consists of Baader 2" ClickLock S52-clamp and 2"/S52 nosepiece
  • A 20 Degree rotation by pressing the rotary lever is sufficient to securely hold all 2" accessories perfectly safe and firmly.
  • Ratchet function - shows acoustic and haptic to the position of the clamp. You will be able to recognise even in the dark the position of the clamp
  • Compression clamping ring of thick-walled hard bronze, retains its shape even after years and holds the most expensive accessory totally safe with no scratches and marring
