I have an iMac running OSX 10.9.5 with 16 GB of ram. I downloaded my photos and when I open Organizer it crashes. Checked with the various forums (appears to be a common problem) and tried the various workarounds with no success. Posted my issue on a forum with no responses. I have other photo editing software but wanted one that incorporated good organization and editing capabilities. This apparently was not the answer.

Seems like you can purchase the Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 anywhere for the Download Version. I'm old fashioned, I want a disc. I don't trust my ability to access download files and way too many times I have to restore files. Adorama is my go to rescue. They always have what I need and the service is awesome. I even had free shipping. They have earned my 5 stars.

I have been using photoshop 6 for yrs. i never got around to upgrading. I think the changes made over the years make it easier to use. everyone can enjoy Photoshop from projects like cards to expert photo retouching. there are no limits, whatever you imagine you can create.

All I can say is that I have been saved by this software and now I can do my own editing on the fly and deliver premium edited shots in timely fashion . The software actually helps train you to become expert and I am on my way!

I recommend this version to those with no prior experience with Elements. While I'm sure it does a great deal of wonderful things it is not, for me, an easy program to deal with for simple adjustments. If this were a vehicle we might call it seriously over-engineered. I've been an Elements 5 fan since its release and quite happy with it for almost all the minor corrections I need to do. The only reason I went to 14 was because I couldn't move 5 from my older XP laptop to a new Windows 10 PC. Does 14 work? Yes, of course. The caveat is that it now takes three or four times longer to get the same work done. Just too much. Unless you're a PS pro if you can find an earlier version you might want to save yourself some aggravation (as well as a buck or two) and buy it instead. p.s. For more difficult problems I rely on an older version of the full PS program (7) and it does the job just fine. p.s.s. If you need to correct or adjust a file so much that you require all of what these products do might I suggest you review your shooting technique. :-)

This program offers a guided section to assist with the edits- just what I was looking for. Easy to use and works with Windows 10 !

Do Not Be Turned Off By This Program. I’ve Heard People Talk About Photoshop For Years, But Never Even Knew Photoshop Elements Existed. This Is Probably Do To Many People Thinking It’s Just For Beginners. I’ve Found That Photoshop Elements 14, Is A Lighter Version Of Photoshop. No You Can’t Do Everything In Photoshop Elements, You Will Need Lightroom, Or Photoshop For That. But For Most Applications, You Really Don’t Need The Full Blown Program. As An Amateur Genealogist, I Have Been Editing Photos For Years. I Was Looking For A Program That Could Do Everything I Needed. I Simply Couldn't Afford Photoshop, & The Full Version Was Just More Than I Needed. Photoshop Elements 14 Has Everything I Need & More, In One Program. I Can Even Import, & Edit Raw Photos, & Afterwards Convert Them To A JPEG Format. Again, I Can’t Do Everything, But Sometimes Light, & Simple Is All That Is Needed.

The download gets to 3% and no further while it runs up a count of 20 hours to download. And no help gotten from Adobe. I may have to return 14 to you and just stay with 7.
