Good Alternative to Sachtler/Cartoni

I haven't been able to put this through it's paces yet, but it seems to have a very solid construction. This should serve me quite well and am very pleased with the purchase. They only thing that I am a little upset about is the fact that it does not have a fluid dis-engage. So there is always some spring to the head even if you turn the dial all the way down. So this seems to be the only difference between the more expensive brands.
