Good stuff -CS4
CS4 is a good product and has areas which make work flow easier. I do suggest that one acquire outside reading on the new functions contained in this issue. it will make life alot easier.

Huge improvement over CS2 that I was usi
Very pleased. Includes functionality not available in CS2 (my prior ap). Camera raw and DNG converter are now built in so that you don't need to download seperately or use outside the ap.

More Goodies from Adobe
After using CS for some years I decided to upgrade. CS4 loaded without any problem, it appears to stand alone with the CS icon still there and fully functional. There are a lot of more, better goodies in CS4. Bridge, better RAW Procesing, better B & W conversions and 16 bit color are just a few of a very long list of improvements. Note though, that the 16 bit color produces a corresponding increase in the size of the file. If you know your way around CS, you will not have any problem changing over to CS4. But,there are a lot of new things in CS4 with a slightly different workflow. So, I also recomend that you get a good 3rd party Manual just to help you discover how CS4 works. [...]

Plain cover; powerful tool
Many of the old functions are much easier to use and more powerful. I am still exploring all the new features. Very intuitive, I was batch processing files within minutes of installing this upgrade!
