I had done 3 months worth of research and came to the conclusion that this Acer was the best for my purposes which includes personal and business use. I am a novice with computers and was worried about switching to touch technology. I found the switch easy and fun. A nice thing is that you can still utilize the old familiar desktop and down loading additional programs purchased from the source was easy. My only disappointment was that I was led to believe a second battery (external) was included. It was not so I just purchased it from Acer. I would recommend this unit despite the relatively high price tag.

The Ultrabook was dropping it's WiFi connection until I updated the driver from Acer's web site. Since then there has been no problems.
