I bought 15 of these for our small school.  Chromebooks, of course, have a great OS - clean, fast to boot, automatically updating - and storage of docs and such in the cloud by default, so that a student can use any Chromebook to get to a file he or she created on any other Chromebook.  That's universal Chromebook, so now to Acer per se.  The machines are sleek, light, very well finished.  They handle well, in the sense that I can grab one by the edge and move it around with no sign of flexing.  The keyboard is of very good quality and with the right touch.  Even the touchpad, which I hate relative to a mouse, works well; a wireless mouse installed instantly.  Apps such as Snapseed for image processing install readily.  The Linux Beta container, for Python, installs nicely.  The WiFi transceiver appears to be robust to at least 40' distances.  The SSD is small but serviceable, what with apps and data mostly residing in the cloud. Registering each machine at Acer for the warranties was really easy.  I anticipate very good service from these machines.
