Great Computer

Excellent objective advice
Daniel was super helpful as I made a decision whether to stick with Apple or try a PC. When I told him I didn't like text edit, he let me know that now pages comes free with new Macs. I have using that app all the time and very happy with it.

1st apple computer I have owned....will never own another kind.....this computer is awesome.....
can't say enough positive things about buying it, the customer service....Lewis Authur was the sales person.....a man of his word....
if I was going to buy another computer soon, I would call Lewis.....1st class transaction...

Replaced 2010 MacBook
Had put off replacing my old MacBook, but the change was like putting on a pair of comfortable slippers. It updated from my Time Machine back-up and casually updates as I use each app. Could not ask for a smoother transition.

Apple is great.
Being just a customer, who has only dealt with Microsoft and Dell. I am thrilled with all of my apple products. The 13 in. iMac is just wonderful. Plus having a 9.7 iPad and a mini tablet it is just great that I am able to sync. All of these together with such ease. I am just sad that I didn't consider apple until after I had spent so much money on these other lines of internet communication.

As expected
The price was great. I paid $999 for the MacBook Air and 3yr Apple Care. Family loves it. Keep in mind that this is the bottom of the line and isn't powerful at all. For today's laptops it's weak on horsepower but then do you really need anything more for a family laptop? We didn't.

On the go laptop
I bought this as my travel laptop. I have just gotten it , but am sure it will work well for downloading photos from my camera on vacations. I needed something with more memory than my iPad.

Very nice MacBook Air for the entry price.. If you just want to run simple Word, Excel, PP.. web browsing, this is right for you. Super light weight for traveling.. Too bad case protector is not included. I bought one from eBay for $9.00. I'm completely satisfied.

Almost the best
This is by far the best laptop in its category, the category of semi-pro notebooks. The only drawback is the lack of the Retina display. Probably in 2016 it will receive the well-deserved Retina and it will become the best laptop in the world, right behind MacBook Pro.
