Ordered my iMac knowing it was out of stock and would be back ordered. Adorama sent the order directly to the manufacture. It was shipped directly from China by air by DHL and arrived at my house 3 days after it was shipped. I'm impressed. My only complaint is that I wanted to contact Adorama during the weekend [I ordered the iMac on a Friday night] to upgrade my order but customer service is not available during the weekends.

Great replacement for my 2008 iMac

I never imagine that I would  find a company on the internet that was advertising a  brand new unboxed 21” Apple iMac, with a great price tag. Plus no shipping no tax added to the  sell price and a 2day ship to my home, but I did. I was thrilled to have found the company Adorama. Adorama, made it possible for me  to purchase my iMac sooner than later because of the great price. And with the easy straight forward checkout on their website made it a  breeze. But I chose  to place my order with the Adorama customer service which was a very pleasant experience. Reassuring me after I  receive my confirmation and track number that I could call Adorama customer service if I had any questions.I received my new iMac  just as advertised. My new iMac

Well, basically there are no negatives here. I had an Apple computer that was 11 years old and (so old the mechanism were not supported by the manufacturer anymore),so I went hunting for another Mac. I (with a friends help) found the best price from Adorama, which would have been much higher in a Apple store. I've had other computers and ;nothing beats Apple.

Easy set up right out of the box. The upgrade for the 3.6GHz and the choice of the 512GB SSD was a perfect choice. I use this machine to also access a Windows platform. A perfect fit for me. The display is amazing. You delivered exactly what I paid for and did so in a timely manner.

My a graphic designer and a enthusiastic photographer and this iMac its a beauty, its my first apple desktop computer, but I own a macbook pro, and this its a big step up, the retina display its amazing, the only downsize its the new politic of apple to not allow to upgrade anything on his products that have me on the edge of leaving his universe, but with this product that will be on more then 5 years

She a=has improved EVERYTHING. She developed our intranet, maintains our databases and stays on top of our client management from this machine. She tells us that the screen makes the difference. The fusion drive is quick and I'm very pleased with the support from Apple and Adorama on this. This is a quality piece of hardware.

I needed an upgrade from my 2010 iMac that I had already maxed out with it's ram capasity and speed. This is now been used by my wife and is still good enough for her. The 21.5" was the perfect replacement for my current needs without going for broke. I'm now doing more video editing that requires a more robust graphic card, processing speed and HD space. Best part of this is, Apple Care. Do get it. Love My iMac.

I've been a Mac(intosh) user since Classic (followed by many others), so I'm probably not quite impartial… I just honestly have to admit that I love my new iMac. It's fast, quiet, beautiful and reliable. What else can I say: highly recommended!

Amazing

Use for everyday Mac stuff at my office including office and Lightroom.  Also running parallels and windows 10 pro for POS system at work.  Runs excellent!!!

I mac is a good place to start

The machine is fast and light, few problems setting up and moving data to it. The only thing I dislike is the font color of the junk mail, a yucky light brown that is unreadable when highlighted with the standard green color. One can change the highlight color to make it better, but not the font color.

The color looks very sharp and bright.  Love the thin monitor design.

This iMac replaces my late 2009 model iMac.  The speed is very impressive.  Photoshop and Lightroom open in a matter of seconds.  Retina display is beautiful.

Replaced my old tired MacPro (2009) with this computer.
To my surprise it performed better than the old MacPro.
Bought it with fusion drive and 16G memory. Would not recommend buying with less if you want good performance

peripherals to do what I did with the old compute, but it all works fine now.
