awesome keyboard - keys feel really nice and are easy to write on. setup non-existent just put the ipad in place and it worked immediately. so glad i purchased this keyboard over the other options (logitech, etc.) because of the low weight and excellent quality

Excellent Keyboard for the iPad Pro 2016. The same original keyboard I bought directly from Apple right after the Smart keyboard was released by Apple in 2016 failed after a couple of months with the message "This USB accessory is not supported" popping up constantly on the screen. I was then too busy to take this failed keyboard to Apple for a replacement and ending up getting a new Keyboard from Adorama.

The 12.9" keyboard completes the iPad Pro, it makes at least the equal of a MacBook, better in some ways. It is unobtrusive, It doesn't require charging separately the way others I've had in the past do, no need for Bluetooth synchronization. It has good size and good feel.

The case does what you would want in protecting the iPad, setting it up for viewing, and it has a functional keyboard. (I do miss the lighted keyboard from my MacPro.)

Keyboard is great - light and responsive. A bit cramped for bigger hands (the Smart Keyboard for the larger iPad Pro is more accommodating) but as a way to be able to type some emails or notes while avoiding the need to lug a laptop, it works great. My only complaint is that there is no microphone button to activate the voice-dictation as there is on the virtual keyboard.
