iPod has come of age

I've never had an iPod before but when I saw it on Adorama's website I was blown away at such a fantastic device. The iPod plays music or to make calls or texting what fun it is to use. It syncs up with My iPhone and my iPad at a blink of my an eye. Great price what's not to like?

Cool device with some drawbacks

Tiny compared to today’s cell phones, yet has nearly all the features of my current model iPhone. iOS consumes over 25% of the usable memory, and the battery runs down in a day’s time unless you turn it off (which I typically don’t take the time to do). Fortunately, I’ve got several lightning cable strung around the house. It would be nice if it charged wirelessly...

Upgrade

Upgraded from the original 160GB version. Much better with the solid state storage vice physical hard drive. Could use to have less apps, it's basically an iPhone without the phone. Would like to have seen the wireless charging and fingerprint unlock.

Christmas present fail

Bought this for my son for Christmas. So far, it has been programmed wrong and we had to call Apple support and get it re-programmed in order to get it set up. Which took a total of 2 days. Now two weeks later it has completely stopped working and is stuck in the on position. Can it be turned off even after following the Apple suggestions. Going to have to try and return. My 9 year old son is bummed.

iPod touch 7th generation

My daughter received it as a birthday gift and used it for a half hour before it randomly shut down. It was fully charged when she began using It. Also, when setting up I had fully charged it then turned it off. Two days later went to turn it on to finish setup and it was completely dead. Not sure how it could have died when it was off and no one was using it. My daughter loves it, when it works.

Pleasantly Surprised

I needed the most affordable means to access the remote control software for two of my field recorders (I'm a Hellywood sound effects guy) made by Zoom, and as an Android user have been frustrated as their (Zoom's) app is only available for iOS. Well along comes this most affordable solution! Well built, feather-light; yes, a small screen, but it's all I need. Thanks Adorama!
