Love its small footprint on the desk, image on screen is beautiful and bright. The computing is fast and reliable and fills all my needs.

This is the Mac to buy if you appreciate a spectacular screen. Basically just a mediocre desktop computer in a sophisticated all in one package that showcases the best screen around. Because Apple is moving to its own M silicon, these Intel-based iMacs are finally available at bargain prices. Factor in an extra $200 to cover both a large external SSD and an easy RAM upgrade and this machine becomes an ideal platform for the optimal display of digital photography.

Awesome Computer, the 5k screen is amazing. Bought the 27 inch iMac knowing I could upgrade the memory myself, which I did adding 64 gig easily.  Adorama customer service and shipping time was excellent!

Greatest computer in the world

I should have gone with the Apple mini, which would have suited me fine especially after one smart dude demo?d the M1 chip to me in the Apple store. It swims circles around Intel, but old habits are hard to break and no one at Apple could tell me if they were coming out with a new 27? iMac, SO I bought a new 27? iMac from Adorama. It?s more power than I need but that?s a good thing. I highly recommend Adorama!

The iMac arrived as on time and good condition.  I have had this product for 12 years and it finally failed wanted to replace it with a new iMac. Adorama  came through for me as this product was being discontinued.

Overall, it was cheaper than separately buying a Mac-Mini and a 4K monitor. The CPU is better than the available for the latest Mac Mini. We depend on apps not available yet on the M1 versions so I recommend it to anyone considering buying one. 
The RAM is upgradeable, we did it by ourselves.

I'm new to Apple desktop products and admittedly facing a learning curve, but I couldn't bee more pleased with this computer. I bought additional memory (Google the upgrade process) and this is now probably the most "high end" system I've ever owned. The display is amazing. Photo/graphics is the main reason I bought this; I'm returning to photography jumping into the digital age after years of film. (* hint, I'll be making another purchase soon). I know Apple just replaced this line with an M1 chip version but electronics becomes "old" faster than a new car so this was a great deal.

iMac 27” is so gorgeous and totally changed my way of working. I did a lot of research for the best price and Adorama hands down had the best, and it shipped and arrived in a record amount of time.

Reasonable price for a  iMac configured as I needed..  Timely delivered with signature required.  Had a problem with the delivery of the AppleCare documnetation but a call corrected this problem.
I am visually impaired so the enhancements that the Apple software provided in the Accessibility Panel
within System Preferences means that i can be functional on the iMac.  Also Apple provides a toll free Accessibility Support to provide assistance.

New 2020 iMac 10-core

I purchased this mac and upgraded the ram to 32 gigs and am blown away by the speed and graphics.  My editing time has literally been cut in half.  I did my research and have absolutely ZERO regrets!

Another great Apple product

Other than the Apple Tax, this is a solid product.  Set up is straightforward (as long as you stay 100% with the Apple Way).  I upgraded from a 10 year old iMAC so usability is the same as my old Mac.  Overall I am not a huge Apple fan but as a good, easy to maintain computer for my photography business its a good choice.

The computer itself seems to be working great. Set up was super easy and the package was well supported. 
The only issue I had was with incorrect tracking information.  I was able to do a quick customer service chat and get the correct information. DHL did not keep their site updated and so I was not home available to sign for the package which caused a delay in delivery.  This is not really the fault of adorama.

The new iMac is the perfect family computer that has the speed, display and flexibility you want in a computer kept in a central location.   The screen has vivid color, the SSD option gives you comfort and speed - and so far has increased our usage and kept us together rather than driving us to our other devices.
