The Gateway NE52215U 15.6" Notebook Computer features a minimalist design and a black finish. Measuring 1.0" thin and weighing 5.29 pounds, this Gateway notebook is compact and portable. The 4-cell lithium ion battery sits flush into the chassis, which further streamlines this Gateway notebook's design. It also provides up to 4.5 hours of battery life on a single charge (battery life may vary).

The 15.6" Ultrabright display features LED backlighting, which is more energy efficient than CCFL lighting, as well a glossy finish, which displays vibrant color. The screen has a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 1366 x 768 native resolution powered by integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000. You can also output video from this Gateway notebook to a larger external display via the HDMI port.

The system is powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz AMD A-Series A4-5000 processor. It also has 4GB of DDR3L RAM, a 500GB 5400rpm hard drive, a SuperMulti DVD burner, a Secure Digital media card reader, 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, an integrated webcam and microphone.
