Extremely poor quality control. Ordered twice, once from Newegg and once from Adorama. The unit from Newegg had defective crackling speakers while the unit from Adorama had sticky keys straight out of the box (which makes me think the item wasn’t brand new as claimed). Spend your money elsewhere.
