Good Bang for your Buck

It's good, refresh rate is superb, colors and nice, but I keep getting black screen stutters for 1 second when I switch games on my Xbox or when I have my hdmi connected to my laptop. This did not used to happen when I had my old acer monitor so it's the only variable I have changed with me setup. Other than that the monitor is awesome and the curvature is perfect.

Terrible customer service

We ordered this monitor on December 2nd and it shipped on December 4th. Nowhere in the ordering process does it say deliveries will need to be signed for. And FedEx does not tell you when they are going to deliver it. Nor will they hold it for you at a FedEx facility to come pick up when you have time. So our order got shipped back to Acer without our being able to do anything about it. So we had to reorder it from Amazon and have it delivered...again. But the worst part is that Acer does not issue a refund for your order until the product is returned to the warehouse. The monitor sat in a FedEx facility in Florida for FOUR weeks before it was shipped back. And when I called Acer to find out what was going on, they simply said it was held up but don't worry we would still get a refund. But here we are on December 31st. No refund yet. No consideration for if we needed the money returned. Just the worst customer service. I will not buy directly from Acer again.
