The surface and flush mount models boast a vandal-resistant, IK-10 rated cast-aluminum housing with a polycarbonate bubble, capable of withstanding up to 55 kg (120 lbs) of force.

Ease of installation is a key feature of the MicroDome G2 megapixel IP cameras. The remote focus module allows for simple "Short-range Focus" or "Full-range Focus" settings, saving both time and money. The three-axis lens adjustment offers more camera placement options, enabling easy mounting on walls or ceilings with the ability to pan, tilt, and rotate the lens for a precise field of view.

The MicroDome G2 also features an innovative spring arm design for easy in-ceiling installations. Simply slide the camera through the hole and secure the magnetized cover ring with a single screw - no additional hardware required.

Ideal for low light applications, this camera comes with a day/night mechanical IR cut filter. The 1.2MP model features NightView, making it capable of covering areas with minimal light. Additionally, IR LEDs are available on surface mount configurations. For challenging lighting conditions such as strong backlighting, reflections, or contrast due to fog, mist, or glare, optional wide dynamic range is available on select 1080p and 3MP models.
