Good Service
I had a problem with my speakers not working. The technician dialed into my computer and solved the problem in short time. He removed some drivers and reloaded new ones.

Just the right webcam for meetings
I love the price & the girls love the resolution b/c it is just enough but not super wide (as our previous one (which showed all the things that we did not wanted to show - LOL)

Lasted two weeks
After only 2 weeks, The camera stopped working and showed an all white screen, could barely make out an image. Uninstalling and reinstalling it and adjusting settings and nothing helped. I threw it in the garbage.

Incompatible
I discovered that the webcam was incompatible with my laptop. The description clearly said it was USB 2.0, so it was my fault for not knowing before ordering. So it was returned. The return process was clearly explained and easily handled. Thank you.

Solid Camera, but May Take a Couple Tries
Product works great- only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the original product I purchased was faulty, blurry, and was digitized; after returning it and receiving my 2nd web cam I have had no issues.
Only reason I'm at all salty is because Dell had me send back the faulty one at my own expense.

Good quality for price.
