I bought one of these 25 years ago to hold larger lights lower to the ground than standard stands.  Lately, I realized I needed two to support my Dana Dolly track a little higher than than my short slider stands. So I ordered this stand and was pleased to see that the build quality is the same as my old one.  25 years of almost daily use and still functions perfectly.
