After integrating the Allen & Heath Custom Control app, the CC-10 10" Touchscreen Control Panel becomes a versatile device for both desktop and wall mount applications. This control touch panel can function as a standalone device or as a supplement to a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solution, offering flexibility in various settings.

The CC-10 is designed to handle a range of tasks, from simple music source selection to level control, preset recall, and paging. It serves as an excellent alternative to our IP remote controllers, particularly in scenarios where a touchscreen interface is more desirable.

The CC-10 is easy to install, featuring threaded inserts for standard VESA 75x75mm mounting. Optional accessories such as a desktop stand and wall/glass mount brackets are also available to accommodate different installation requirements.

Powering the CC-10 is a breeze, with options for a 12V DC PSU or Power over Ethernet (PoE) for a cleaner, cable-free setup.

When it comes to security, the CC-10 excels. Running the Custom Control app in kiosk mode prevents unauthorized access, ensuring the panel's settings remain secure. Only the installer, integrator, or system admin can exit the app to modify the touch panel settings, such as IP address or brightness, or to update the software.

The CC-10 also offers the advantage of system design flexibility. Integrators can design multiple user interfaces, each tailored to different user levels and device types. For instance, a bartender might have a simple phone interface, while the AV operator can access uncluttered levels and routing on their tablet, and have more comprehensive control when using their laptop.
