The DLive GPIO General Purpose I/O Interface for Remote Control is a versatile and robust IO switching interface, designed for seamless control integration with an AHM-64 matrix processor, dLive/Avantis mixing systems, and third-party hardware. This advanced interface boasts 8 opto-isolated inputs and 8 normally open (N/O) relay outputs, all presented on Phoenix connectors, along with two additional +10V DC outputs.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the DLive GPIO unit can be conveniently installed in a 19" rack, occupying only 1u / 1/2 width space, or it can be operated as a freestanding unit. This versatility makes it a perfect fit for various professional setups.
One of the standout features of this interface is its ability to connect up to 8 GPIO modules to a dLive system. This can be done directly or via a 100Mb/s network switch, using a standard Cat5 cable, thereby enhancing the scalability and connectivity of your system.
Programming the GPIO functions is straightforward and user-friendly, thanks to the AHM System Manager or dLive Director software compatible with both PC and Mac. Alternatively, you can program it via an Avantis mixer or dLive Surface.
The DLive GPIO General Purpose I/O Interface is not just about connectivity and control; it's also about versatility. It can be adapted to a wide range of applications, including EVAC for alarm or system mute functions, broadcasting for on-air lights and fader start logic, and theatre automation for controlling curtains and lights. This makes it a comprehensive solution for all your remote control needs.
