Product is as described.
PTZ-NDI-X12 camera works well and as described.   This unit has a very good,  clean image.  What you would expect and hope for from  1080p  resolution , 1/2.8" sensor.  The image control via the web browser interface is easy to access,  easier than I expected to use and very functional when trying to adjust for different lighting environments.  
 It does not offer an extreme amount of image fine tuning but was more than capable of getting a great image at all extremes of lighting.  Bright daylight to poor lit evening will require readjustment to the iris and f-stop but that is an easy step once the admin/web browser is accessed. 
   The zoom, focus and PTZ functions works well and as expected.  No surprises. They just work well.
  This unit had a much better picture and low light clarity than a cheaper PTZ NDI that we have.  We may stick with this model.  It is definitely an excellent choice.  
I am happy with its performance.  
Final note* I always call tech support when I get a new product and there was a human at the other end.  Was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.  This is Very important to me. Lost time fumbling through tech problems means money lost.  
   Aida was spot on and solved a tech/IT set up hick up  in no time.  Thanks, for that!

This little camera packs lots of value in a reasonably priced package. The NDI works great, and you can run the entire camera from a single Ethernet cable.
