ATIK OAG Camera Adapter

The ATIK OAG camera Adapter permits a standalone camera (without an ATIK EFW2 filter wheel) to be installed on the OAG, maintaining the correct distance to allow for focus on the guider camera. Also, the adapter uses the same camera adapters as the EFW2, so full camera rotation is possible.
