BRIDGE LIVE supports up to 4x 3G-SDI simultaneously for multi-channel HD or 1x 12G-SDI for UltraHD connections I/O in 1RU. It also includes dual 10GigE Ethernet ports for network connectivity and dual power supplies for reliability. Administration, monitoring, and access to BRIDGE LIVE are supported via either network browser or local Display Port, and indirect agnostic monitoring and automation are supported via both REST API and SNMP.

The system also includes SRT (Secure Reliable Transport), an open-source video transport protocol that optimizes streaming performance across unpredictable networks. With SRT, you can deliver high-quality live video over even the worst networks. BRIDGE LIVE also fully supports closed captioning and additional metadata, features often neglected by lower-cost encoding devices.

With BRIDGE LIVE, you can configure your system for low latency or high-quality tasks, with latency as low as 200ms. The system supports a wide range of encodes/decodes, including H.265 (HEVC), H.264 (AVC, MPEG-4), H.262 (MPEG-2), and JPEG 2000. It also supports live direct-to-audience streaming, remote video transport and contribution for broadcast, simultaneous bi-directional encoding and decoding, and encoding for content distribution.
