This compact, high-speed 8-lane PCIe 3.0 I/O card is equipped with four bidirectional 12G-SDI HD-BNC connections, specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of today's advanced video and audio workflows.The Corvid 44 12G is available in a variety of configurations, including full-height or low-profile options, all featuring passive cooling for reliable, quiet operation. This versatile card is designed to handle a wide range of formats, from HFR 8K/4K/Ultra HD, 2K/HD, SD, Deep Color, and HDR, delivering superior quality and reliability to your projects.Supporting 10-bit 4:2:2 and 4:4:4, and up to 12-bit color spaces, the Corvid 44 12G provides both ingest and output over 12G-SDI. This card is also backwards compatible with 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI, and 1.5G-SDI, ensuring flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of equipment and workflows.The Corvid 44 12G features four bidirectional 12G-SDI ports, offering immense flexibility for capture and simultaneous pass-through. It supports 8K Input or Output using quad 12G-SDI cables, and 4K/Ultra HD I/O can be achieved with either a single 12G-SDI or 6G-SDI cable or quad 3G-SDI cables. 2K/HD I/O can be achieved with a single SDI cable or dual link SDI, allowing for simultaneous capture and monitoring via SDI.This powerful card supports High Frame Rate (HFR) workflows up to 50/60p for 8K (8192 x 4320) and Ultra HD2 (7680 x 4320), as well as film rates of 23.98, 24, 47.95, and 48p across 8K, 4K, and 2K. It also supports multiple 4K, Ultra HD, 1080p, and 720p HD inputs and outputs at frame rates up to 50/60p, making the Corvid 44 12G a highly flexible solution for both current and future needs.The Corvid 44 12G also includes a built-in hardware downstream keyer for easy overlay of graphics and images on the input video in real time. It provides one external, switchable LTC/Reference Input connection on the back of the card, with a second LTC input available on an internal header. A built-in RS-422 connection is also included, either as an external connection on the full-sized Corvid 44 12G or as an internal connection on the low profile Corvid 44 12G, allowing for precise control of external devices for frame accurate ingest and layoffs.
