AJA Io LA 10 Bit Analog Capture and Output device

The Io LA from AJA Video Systems is an analog breakout box, co-developed with Apple Computers to integrate with Final Cut Pro. This external device connects to your Mac via a single FireWire cable and allows capture through composite, S-video or component YPbPr/RGB (NTSC/PAL) giving you the highest quality 10-bit video available on all analog inputs and outputs.

The Io LA also provides you with up to four channels of balanced and unbalanced analog audio through the provided XLR audio ports. Other features include RS-422 remote deck control, professional-quality genlock and optional expansion with the Io LD in a rackmount configuration.
