The Io X3 is universally compatible with both Macintosh and PC/Windows operating systems, offering versatility and practicality. Its innovative Thunderbolt 3 interface ensures a fast and reliable connection, allowing for quick and easy transfer of high-quality HDR or SDR video work with up to 60p HD/2K signals.

This device offers a wealth of connectivity options, including dual Thunderbolt 3 ports for host connectivity to a laptop or desktop PC or Mac, HDMI in and out ports for easy monitoring or video input sources, and 4 bidirectional 3G-SDI ports that can be configured as multi-channel inputs or outputs. It also includes an RS-422 port for machine control of external devices, and a DB-25 port for analog audio.

The Io X3 supports all major NLE applications, including Apple Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, and Adobe Premiere Pro. It also works seamlessly with other video applications such as OBS Studio, vMix, and Telestream Wirecast.

With its compact and quiet form factor, the Io X3 is perfect for use on set, in the studio, at an event, or in the edit suite. It also offers high-density, rack-mountable design, allowing for two Io X3 devices to sit comfortably in just 1RU.
