Cracked Plastic Molding on delivery, Cheap Materials, Way to expensive

Just received this today. Currently have a secret labs titan and wanted to get another nice chair for a family member to use. When I opened the box, the plastic molding pieces that cover the bolts on the right side of the chair were cracked and broken. The ones that were not attached feel cheap as can be. The chair is comfortable enough and has nice adjustment features, which is the only reason I'm not giving this one star. Seriously, for almost $350 I should not be receiving cheap cracked plastic parts. The package was 65lbs, so it would be a ridiculous hassle to send it back, especially when the replacement would just be the same cheap plastic. This is why I'm guessing there's such an AMAZING warranty- nobody ever uses it because it would be such a pain. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere than AKracing for a chair
