Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?GREGG S : I'm upgrading my camera system to MP cams so I had to upgrade the DVR to an NVR Commercial grade (light) quality that I couldn't buy direct from mfg where I used to purchase.

Treated Rough and Keeps on Recording

Absolutely love these NVR's. So easy to setup. Cameras are plug and play when connected directly to the NVR. Remote access is through their Alibi Witness app. Email and motion alerts are available. I have installed these not only in businesses, but also in oil drilling rigs where they receive the roughest treatment, but keep on recording! The price is right!

Not user friendly. Doesn't work well. Even tech support had problems with it responding to inputs

Wholesale distributor/technical support supplier spent hours going through this. Believed the unit was defective. Quality was poor. Ability to easily navigate was poor. Accessories were JUNK quality. Had all kinds of issue just trying to get 1 Alibi camera to function properly with this NVR.....let alone 8 cameras. Glad I only bought 1 cam to begin with. Returned
