not functioning correctly

the remote seems to work with the camera. I can bring up the initial menu but it will go no further. I will have to contact alibi support and try to verify if it is a camera, remote or operator error

The easy-to-use remote control provides convenient adjustment of the On Screen Display (OSD) of the Alibi HD analog security cameras. The remote controls the following OSD features: Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), Automatic Gain Control (AGC), Back Light Control (BLC), Privacy Masking and more. The remote control features inline BNC type connection with BNC female to BNC male.
