These gloves seem well made and they were as I expected. I haven't tried washing them but they are reasonably durable for the price. My guess is that the sizing runs small since extra large fits my hands fine and I wouldn't have thought I had unusually large hands. I am satisfied with the purchase

As an archivist, I wanted to try these to see if I liked them better than the cotton gloves - and I don't. The "small" size is actually fairly large, and the nylon is slippery. I'm returning to using cotton gloves.
