It has a vivid full color screen with excellent clarity. It responds quickly in all applications. I would highly recommend this product

It is a very good purchase.

Haven't really used it yet, but I was really easy to set up.  My son made a comment about it being funny looking because it is long and narrow which I didn't know it would be.  But for the price I think it is really great.

Fire Tablets Are Excellent

Great budget tablet

This is a nice tablet at a great price, if you can deal with the Amazon Ads.  It has clearly been designed to provide an alternative to (older) Apple iPad's and other tablets on the market.  The Fire HD 10 runs Amazon's latest Fire OS 5.5, on a 1.8GHz MT8173B MediaTek processor.  Ultimately, it's no match for Apple's 9.7-inch iPad, which has a faster Apple A9 processor, not to mention a sharper screen.  But it DOES have a sharper screen than the Apple iPad 4, which you can purchase for about the same price these days.I have been using the Fire 10 HD for about one week now, and I am happy with it so far.

i like this alot, and once i was able to install apps from the google play store, it got even better. i don't give it a 5 because i can't figure out, yet, how to get photos where i want them. Also, i am experiencing a black screen problem that i'm not sure what might be going on and the forums seem to be just as confused as i am.

Pretty nice tablet

This is a great tablet for consuming videos and eBooks.  The display is clear and wonderful to use.  It is also relatively inexpensive so I don’t care that much if I lose it or if it gets stolen when I take it out of the house.

Unfortunately, like older Amazon Fire tablets, there are some quirks that you can’t foresee until you actually use the tablet.  For example, on my desktop computer, I might start a YouTube video just to listen to a news story but then do something else on my computer at the same time.  On the Amazon Fire HD 10, instead of continuing to play in the background, the YouTube video will stop if I go to a different tab on my Chrome browser.  

When browsing the internet, the layout of certain webpages might be very different—almost to the point of being unusable--from what I would get on a desktop computer.  Fortunately, this is not a common issue.  

I like that I can download apps from the Google Play store.  Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the app will work 100% the same way as with a pure Android tablet.

Beautiful tablet but has many quirks

Nice screen, good sound quality.
However, don't expect all Android Apps to run on this tablet.
