Nothing beats the 64c AMD Threadripper

Nothing short of an Epyc CPU beats this chip, and indeed in some cases this chip outperforms its Epyc equivalent. This chip hasn't stuttered in on anything I've thrown at it. It can render complex animations with multiple layers in seconds, which on other vendor CPUs can take 10s of minutes. This is orders of magnitude better. No other CPU for the indie professional is better right now.

Quick hassle free delivery of a hard to locate processor

As covid restrictions relax, I needed to replace a 4-year old office machine with a new build that supports parallel processing. At the start of the pandemic, I built a threadripper machine for the home office. Performance for my needs is superb, so I needed to replicate the machine to enable a partial at home/partial in the office work environment. Processors have been hard to locate from the usual suspects (Amazon). Adorama has exactly what I needed, at a competitive price, and the new machine is happily humming away when I am "on site."

I have this thing running four instances of handbrake 24/7. It is absolutely chewing through content like an insatiable beast. If you need a lot of multi-threaded performance, you cannot go wrong with this.
