2x the cores, 4x the performance
upgrading to this from my 6700k, it's day and night. Multitasking for work with 7 browsers running, multiple chat apps, office apps, and others + various background tasks had my skylake i7 running at 100% usage pretty much at all times... new cpu handles it all and usually between 20-30% usage... no more slow down waiting for apps to load up. Love it.
