Backwards Compatible
This DVR and camera set (cameras not included) does a lot more than raise the bar against D1 resolution, its predecessor technology, it is also compatible with it. 24 IR LEDs for Night Vision
Each 960H camera (cameras not included) contains 24 IR LEDs that automatically activate when they detect low lighting conditions, like at night or in a dark room. They can see up to 20 meters (about 65 feet) away so nothing will go unnoticed. Make sure to take advantage of Motion Detection and Scheduled recordings in conjunction with Night Vision to have complete control over the protection of all that you care about.

8-Channel DVR with 1TB Hard Drive
View 8 cameras (cameras not included) simultaneously on the DVR's On-Screen Display so nothing can slip past you. At the highest setting, 960H, it is possible to record for 6 days non-stop, that's 144 hours!
