The DXW-2 is a versatile 2-gang multi-input Decora style wall plate, equipped with HDBaseT CAT extension, setting a new standard in signal transmission with its ability to convert VGA (YPbPr, S-Video, Video) with audio to HDMI locally and transmit the signal up to an impressive 600ft.

This unit stands out with its selectable sources, which can be controlled via the buttons on the wall plate, DXB-8 1 gang 8 button panel, or remotely through RS-232 commands sent through the compatible receiver device (DXE-CAT-RX, DXM Matrixes, etc). The DXW-2 also offers remote power capabilities from the receiver device and can receive IR signals via the sensor window on the front of the unit, passing them to the receiver unit for remote control of IR controllable devices.

The DXE-CAT-RX1-4K, a part of Aurora's innovative Digital Xtreme Series, is a new addition to the HDBaseT CAT extenders. Its robust design provides unique features and usability. The single-sided connections for HDMI, Control, and Power offer a neater wiring and rack mounting solution. The patent-pending design allows the system to be powered via an AC adapter from either side.

With a single CAT 5e/6/7 cable, the DXE-CAT-RX1 can reach up to 230ft 1080p 60Hz 48bit color depth with bi-directional RS-232, & IR.
