My cameras haven't been working for a few weeks. I could only access it within my wifi network but couldn't access when I am out of the network. It has been very frustrating and I have tried different means i. e. webpages, google for help. Eventually, I called up the technical support. Lisa has been super helpful and patient. She helped me to fix the problem. Praise God. Every company needs someone like Lisa.
