We have been using the Amcrest Cameras without issue for 3 1/2 years. The other day there was a power outage and most of the camera would not appear on my TV, even there they were on all on my phone. I called support and talked to Sheldon. He was able to reset the IP address and make all the cameras work on my TV again. And never once made me fell like dope.

Featuring the latest Sony IMX322 progressive scanning image sensor and the Ambarella S2Lm chipset, the Amcrest ProHD soaks in the entire scene, dynamically painting all the vivid colors and rich imagery, pixel by pixel, onto your computer screen or smartphone in full 1920x1080 resolution at 30 frames per second (FPS). Cloud Video Storage

MicroSD, FTP, NAS & NVR Storage
In addition to Amcrest Cloud, the Amcrest ProHD camera can also record locally to a MicroSD card (not included), an FTP server, a NAS, onto your local computer, or to any Amcrest NVR (not included). You'll have full control over your recordings and can manage them however you'd like.
