I love my camera, it is high quality, easy to use and install, and everything works as advertised! My only complaint is that while it comes with what appears to be a locking, weather proof female POE connection, there is no indication or help to provide a matching male ethernet/POE cable with the same weather proof end on it. So what's the point? There don't appear to be any such cables available fro Amcrest and there is no information included with the camera to indicate where I could purchase a cable like that. I am hoping that by submitting this review as well as a support ticket will provide an answer.
Other than that, excellent camera!! I have 3!

Overall I felt my case was handled pretty good. Once I created a case, I was contacted by a trouble shooting rep. I told them what I needed and eventually was connected to a sales rep. The sales rep obtained the information they needed to provide me with another camera at a discounted price. I am satisficed my case was handled in a timely manner.
