I bought the Foscam camera from amazon but was unable to get tech support, Amcrest is the exact same camera only now I get to talk to someone from India that speaks broken English. I was pleased that I was able to at least talk to a human and they resolved my problem. Keep up the good customer relations and providing tech support and I will recommend your products to friends and family. I must say I was a little disappointed that you pulled the plug on Foscam and left me hanging.
