I just had the camera installed and it works very well. The interface to the camera is user friendly and the support folks are responsive and good. I will evaluate this camera and if all continues to go well I will buy another.

I've shopped around for weeks and this simply is the best camera you can find for the price range. I have had this model for about 6 months and I'm now adding a second as the first one performed so well. I'm using Blue Iris Software to manage my other camera's and am going to be replacing my other 2 with Amcrest as well.

This thing was sooo easy to setup! No messing with the router or firewall to get going. Great picture and features. Have not setup cloud storage yet. But the motion detection alerts on my phone are great.

I recently purchased my 3rd IPM-722S. I now have complete outside coverage of my home. I purchased the first one over a year ago and it has been in service ever since. When it comes to my home’s security, reliability and quality are my first concerns. So far, all three IPM-722S cameras have performed flawlessly.

The camera provides a great picture with good coverage but, it will not work remotely on live cams pro or other such camera apps. It will only work remotely with the Amcrest app.

I've owned my share of security cameras and this one the best. The camera/Software's easy to set up, camera comes in a waterproof housing, has night vision, and is priced perfectly. I ordered mine through Fingerhut but I definatly plan on buying a few more to keep closer eyes on my house.

Have several Foscams at vacation home. One died, so decided to try Amcrest. Installed the IPM-722. Setup was fairly simple and straight forward. Image was good... while it communicated. After about a month, communication to the camera was about 10% successful. Remote access to configuration is limited to the point of being useless. Amcrest needs to emulate Foscam's IP reporting feature, and simple web interface.

After reading so many reviews on these cameras and their software, I decided the Amcrest 1080 P and the 720 bullet cams and their software were what I needed. Now I have a set that covers all accesses to my house and automatically records on the Amcrest cloud. The entire system was easy to set up and all work flawlessly. A great system and at a great price.

The camera is very easy to set up and provides a quality picture. The only complaint I have is that I have it under my porch and for about 3 hours a day the porch is shaded with bright sunlight outside, this causes a constant adjustment in brightness on the camera giving a flashing look that triggers the motion detect.

I use the camera to monitor 95 year old mother in law ,could not conect a couple times had to unpluge and plug back to fix but works well 90% of time

I had just ordered an indoor camera last week from you and I will probably need a couple more cameras over the next few weeks to replace some of my failing Foscam cameras and so far I really like what I see with the indoor camera that I put up last week. Ballah Ext: 9032 I had the option to send back the camera that I had ordered from Amcrest and received through Amazon (Prime) – but I perceived John Ballah’s email to me as meaning that my request had been updated as it said and I would receive the $10 credit I emailed and/or spoke with Amcrest representatives (4) different times since that time and have been put on hold numerous times for just one moment (that always lasts for at least 3-5 minutes) – it is like they are testing me to see how long I can possibly last for $10 - I told one representative that I would order a camera from him that day if he would give me the $10 off – “Let me put you on hold for just one moment” As of TODAY, June 8, 2016 - I have not received a credit - Amcrest's After Sales SUCKS!
