I'm really impressed on how good of a tablet it is for the price.my best quality would have to be with the picture crisp, clear I'm really amazed, that's why I bought my family 4 tablets this year.great job DELL keep up the good work and well keep buying.happy holidays.

After about a month of using, I am very pleased with it. I love the improvements made as compared to the aging Fire that it replacing. It is light weight and very fast.

I love it. I can read something on the device and do the web based reference research I often need to do to support the reading, i.e., definitions, explanations of terms, etc, all on the same device. No more fumbling through large dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc. It's revolutionary!

I bought this item looking for something to read E-books on as I didn't like the idea of taking my books with me everywhere.. The fact remains this item is so horrible and borderline broken I decided to let it be my first review so nobody else ever makes the same mistake I did.. AD's on the home page.. Not so bad I guess, I mean sure you want me to play games, but jeez.. maybe don't spam me with ads on a product I purchased continually every time I turn the product on.. Don't try to connect this beast to your PC for anything other then charging.. Such as easily moving your books, music or anything else, because it's flat out broken.. As in your computer will just show a massive empty file in the Fire's directory, and you can't move, delete or do anything else with the files on your tablet.. You can use the archaic email files to your kindle account.. It works about 45% of the time.. so enjoy sending yourself the same book, or picture or song over and over and over again until maybe eventually it'll show up on your kindle.. (probably not) Frozen screen.. Yep, the tablet will lock it's screen for no reason.. This happens atleast once or twice a day. It takes you continually turning on and back off the device.... OR continually pressing random spots on your table and then with a hope and a pray it'll let you turn it back on.. Did I mention how SLOW this tablet is.. When I say slow I mean .. I open my kindle reader and it takes nearly 20 seconds to open.. we're talking AOL dial up type of slow connection to open an app with about 8 books on it.. jeez.. Planning to return this horrible product and getting something else.. anything else, this isn't even as good as those cheapo tablets phone carriers were trying to hock on people a few years back.. in fact I'm pretty sure those were better then this..

Got this for my wife, she had one just like it and loved it and then wore it out. Shopping on Adorama was easy and got the item in quickly. I would recommend the store to all my friends.

For the service I got was Top Notch.The Person I spoke with understood the drama I had been going through.So all they had was a yellow tablet she did all she could to make sure it arrived on time Iam pleased for that.There are not to many company's that will stay with you to get a problem solved and I must say she did just that.I have told family and friends about my story.That in itself will get around .already has ..
