Simplest operation

The detection of the batteries inserted is fully automatic without the requirement for tedious adjustments with knobs or switches. The charge process starts immediately, once the cells have been inserted with the correct polarity. You can easily charge one or two rechargeable batteries independently from one another thanks to the individual slot monitoring. The device automatically detects defective cells and informs you to dispose of these. This foolproof operation saves you a lot of time.

To ensure that the rechargeable batteries are still able to provide their optimal power even after many charge cycles, it is important that they are always charged carefully and safely. The Powerline 2 from ANSMANN has a high-quality, microcontroller-controlled charging system that utilises several methods to protect the rechargeable battery from rapid wear. These include the automatic shutdown of the charge process as soon as the cells are fully charged as well as protective maintenance charging for all batteries after the actual charge process, amongst others. High-capacity cells in particular must be treated with great care due to their high energy density. The special electronics in the Powerline 2 from ANSMANN guarantee the highest levels of safety. A colour-coded LED display is integrated above each slot to enable quick and simple reading of the charge status for your rechargeable batteries.
