The KL1516AiM Switch is designed with an integrated LED-backlit LCD monitor, keyboard, and touchpad, all housed in a 1U rack-mountable retractable sliding unit. When not in use, the keyboard/touchpad module retracts, while the slim-profile LCD monitor rotates back flush against the rack, facilitating convenient computer activity monitoring.Leveraging IP-based connectivity, the KL1516AiM Switch allows both local and remote operators to monitor and access the computers on your installation. Thanks to its TCP/IP communications protocol, this switch can be accessed from any computer on the LAN, WAN, or Internet, regardless of its location. The KL1516AiM Switch features compact, high-density, RJ-45 connectors and Cat5e/6 cable for an efficient wiring configuration.
