The microphone comes with a heavy-duty shock-mount suspension, which minimizes vibration and handling noise, while securely positioning the microphone during the recording process. The multiple polar patterns include Cardioid, Omnidirectional, and Bi-directional or Figure-8, offering versatility for a wide range of applications. As a condenser microphone, the ART C3 requires phantom power to operate.
