Each of the high impedance single-ended 1/4" inputs is adeptly converted by a transformer into an isolated, balanced, low impedance signal output. These audio transformers boast an impressively flat and wide frequency response, capable of handling high signal levels. This ensures a clean, neutral sound across a wide variety of signal sources, even over long signal runs in high noise environments.The DUALZDirect stands out in its category with its extended features and versatility. It is equipped with switchable low pass filters that effectively cut out high-frequency interference, primarily designed to reduce radio frequency interference before it reaches the main system. These Bessel filters are particularly effective in reducing digital computer noise artifacts, making the DUALZDirect an ideal interface between a computer-based audio workstation and your monitors.In addition, the DUALZDirect features Phase Invert switches, a feature not commonly found in standard DI boxes.
